- Authorized representatives of insurance carriers or self-insured plans
- At least 18 years old
- Capable of forming legally binding contracts
4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
- All activities occurring under their account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized account use
5. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Surgeon users must:
- Maintain valid medical licenses
- Provide accurate credentials
- Update professional information as needed
- Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
6. HIPAA COMPLIANCE
Users must comply with HIPAA regulations when using our Services. Any protected health information (PHI) must be handled in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our platform is owned by or licensed to Private Practice Access Inc. Users may not:
- Copy or reproduce platform content
- Modify or create derivative works
- Distribute or publicly display content
- Use content for commercial purposes without permission
8. USER CONDUCT
Users agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Interfere with platform operation
- Submit false or misleading information
- Harass or harm other users
- Attempt unauthorized platform access
9. PAYMENT TERMS
- Service fees will be clearly communicated
- Payment terms are specified in separate service agreements
